Cottage food industries are the backbone of Pakistan's food and beverage economy — smaller, regulated facilities that produce traditional recipes at controlled volumes, feeding regional wholesale and general-trade markets that mass-manufacturers under-serve. Registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority (KP-FSHFA) is not a formality for us — it is the licence that lets us sell into KPK's general trade and HoReCa (hotel, restaurant, café) channels legally, with proper hygiene, ingredient, and labelling compliance. That certification is renewed annually and audited on the ground.
Unlike our trading side — where we broker between suppliers and buyers — the Manufacturing pillar is ours end-to-end. We own the recipe, we operate the production line, we control the batches, and we manage the trade routes into wholesalers and retailers across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
