How We Operate

Your Procurement Partner

We handle the full transaction lifecycle—from supplier identification through to delivery at your destination port. You set the requirements. We execute.

Our Role

End-to-End Procurement, Managed.

KAS Sourcing operates as your dedicated procurement partner. We sit between the supply side and your receiving dock, managing every step of the transaction to reduce your risk and overhead.

Whether you are an international buyer sourcing from Pakistan, a local manufacturer importing raw materials, or a trader facilitating a cross-border deal—we provide the infrastructure, the supplier network, and the operational discipline to close the transaction efficiently.

We do not carry inventory. We broker, verify, and deliver. This asset-light model allows us to remain flexible across commodity classes, trade lanes, and market conditions. Our sourcing capability is not limited to our listed portfolio—if the market trades it, we can procure it.

The Process

How a Transaction Works

From your initial inquiry to cargo arriving at the destination port—this is the standard workflow for every deal we facilitate.

01

Inquiry & Requirement Analysis

You submit a trade inquiry specifying commodity, target volume, quality parameters, Incoterms (FOB/CIF), and destination port. We analyse feasibility, pricing, and supply availability within 24 hours.

02

Supplier Vetting & Selection

We identify suitable suppliers from our verified network—factories, mills, mines, and processing plants. Each source is evaluated for capacity, quality consistency, export history, and financial stability.

03

Negotiation & Contract

We negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality commitments on your behalf. A formal Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice is issued upon agreement, specifying all trade terms.

04

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Prior to loading, an independent inspection is conducted through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent accredited agencies. Certificates of Analysis, Weight, and Quality are issued. Nothing ships without verification.

05

Freight Forwarding & Documentation

We coordinate containerisation, booking, customs clearance, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary certificates, and all required trade documents. Both FCL and LCL shipments accommodated.

06

Delivery & Settlement

Cargo is tracked from port of origin to destination. Upon arrival and document presentation, payment is settled per agreed terms—Letter of Credit, TT, or DA/DP through our banking partner Habib Metro.

Who We Serve

Importers. Exporters. Traders.

Our services are structured to support both sides of the supply chain—whether you are buying or selling, domestically or internationally.

For International Buyers

You need a reliable source in Pakistan. We provide supplier access, quality assurance, and export logistics—eliminating the need for you to establish local operations. We are your boots on the ground.

Typical Clients:

Procurement officers, trading companies, importers in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific seeking Pakistani commodities.

For Pakistani Exporters

You have the product but need market access. We connect you with verified international buyers, handle trade documentation, and manage freight logistics on your behalf.

Typical Clients:

Manufacturers, mill owners, and mine operators looking for international distribution channels without establishing their own export departments.

For Importers into Pakistan

You need raw materials, chemicals, or industrial inputs delivered into Pakistan. We handle supplier identification from origin countries, import clearance, and last-mile delivery to your factory gate.

Typical Clients:

Pakistani manufacturers requiring imported inputs—chemicals, machinery spares, speciality materials, and components.

Cross-Trade Facilitation

Goods do not always need to pass through Pakistan. We facilitate third-country transactions where we source from one market and deliver to another, managing the full trade cycle from our operations base.

Typical Clients:

International trading houses and procurement agencies requiring sourcing support in our regions of expertise.
